God, the Son
In the book of Hebrews (one of the books in the Bible), chapter one, we can read more about God the father, and his son Jesus Christ. In the following excerpts you can see how the Father addresses his son. The Father, speaking to his son Jesus Christ, refer to him as God and give him the credit for creating the universe. When you begin to study the Bible you will find that God is one, existing in three persons. God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit. Sounds complicated, eh? Then again, He is God and I'm not.
Below, I have quoted from the Book of Hebrews, chapter 1. I'm using the New Living Translation here, it's using a more modern language and is easier to understand. When you check it against the King James version, you find it it says the same things, but is much easier to read.
Long ago God spoke many times and in many ways to our ancestors through the prophets. And now in these final days, he has spoken to us through his Son. God promised everything to the Son as an inheritance, and through the Son he created the universe. The Son radiates God’s own glory and expresses the very character of God, and he sustains everything by the mighty power of his command.
But to the Son he says,
“Your throne, O God, endures forever and ever.
You rule with a scepter of justice.
You love justice and hate evil.
Therefore, O God, your God has anointed you,
pouring out the oil of joy on you more than on anyone else.”
He also says to the Son,
“In the beginning, Lord, you laid the foundation of the earth
and made the heavens with your hands.

Intressant. Och mina tankar fördes till Fil 2:6-11..."för att alla ska bekänna att Jesus Kristus är Herre."
